This Privacy Policy is a general template describing how Da Boys Media LLC ("Da Boys Media," "we," "us") handles information collected through daboysmedia.com. It has not been reviewed by an attorney and does not constitute legal advice. Da Boys Media should have this policy reviewed by qualified counsel before relying on it.

Information we collect

• Contact information you provide (name, email address, company, message content) and your IP address, collected for spam and rate-limit protection
• Newsletter signup information (email address, stated interests, signup source)
• Website usage and analytics data (pages viewed, general location, device type)
• Advertising and cookie data, where advertising is enabled
• For Da Boys Media staff only: an admin account (name, email, role) used to sign in to our private administration system, and any files that staff member uploads through it (such as team photos or content media)

How we use information

We use the information above to respond to inquiries, operate the newsletter and its preference/unsubscribe system, improve the website, and - where configured and enabled - measure advertising and marketing performance.

Newsletter emails

We only send marketing emails to addresses that have opted in through our signup form with explicit consent. You can update your interests or unsubscribe at any time from Newsletter Preferences, or via the unsubscribe link in any email.

Tips

Tipping is optional and processed entirely by Streamlabs, a third-party payment processor - Da Boys Media never sees or stores your payment card details. See our Tip page for details.

Admin accounts and file uploads

daboysmedia.com includes a private administration system used only by authorized Da Boys Media owners and staff to run the company's public website, content, and channel operations. Staff sign in with an admin account, and any files a staff member uploads through that system (team photos, content media, and similar) are stored in our cloud storage provider and are not publicly listed or browsable outside of what a public page explicitly displays.

Google API and YouTube data

Our internal admin system also connects to Google and YouTube APIs, exclusively through Da Boys Media's own authorized staff accounts, to manage our own channels and one internal Google Sheet - never on behalf of site visitors. AI use

Our internal admin system uses an AI provider (OpenAI) as a drafting tool for staff - generating first-draft newsletter and content copy that a human staff member reviews before anything is published. This is an internal operations tool, not a feature site visitors interact with directly, and it is never used to make automated decisions about any visitor.

Retention

We keep contact form submissions, newsletter subscriber records, and analytics data for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, or until you request deletion. Admin account and upload data is retained for as long as the associated staff member's role is active, plus a reasonable period afterward for operational continuity.

Children's privacy

daboysmedia.com is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us through the contact form and we will delete it.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at customerservice@daboysmedia.com or through the contact form. Newsletter subscribers can also update their own information directly at any time via Newsletter Preferences.
